As established above, in certain cases, in order to be able to offer a wide range of products and to ensure that we provide products and services of the highest possible quality, AEQUOR MARINE, S.L. relies on the expertise of subcontractors (third parties acting as suppliers of AEQUOR MARINE, S.L.). In the event that we were to stop using such products and services provided by third parties, your data will be deleted.

Purpose of data processing: To distribute website assets across multiple data centres in order to increase website performance.

6. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?
Your data are not disclosed to third party companies unless you have explicitly given your consent to such disclosure, other than those companies that provide services to AEQUOR MARINE, S.L. for the proper provision of the services you require, always under our express instructions. Likewise, it is not foreseen that any International Transfer of your Data will take place, except in the case indicated above.
The User’s data may be communicated to the Public Administrations, the State Law Enforcement Forces and Agencies or in such cases as are provided for by Law.
7. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE YOUR DATA FOR?

CP 46013 VALENCIA or an email to diana.revenga@aequor.es with the Reference “Data Protection”, enclosing a photocopy of your identity document, at any time and without cost, in order to:

- Obtain confirmation as to whether or not AEQUOR MARINE, S.L. is processing personal data concerning the User.
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request the erasure of your data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected.

9. WHAT ARE THE LAWFUL BASES FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE USER’S DATA?
AEQUOR MARINE, S.L. processes the User’s data in order to send commercial communications to them, to manage the administration and tax affairs of AEQUOR MARINE, S.L., and to carry out satisfaction surveys, based on the legitimate interest of AEQUOR MARINE, S.L. in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In the case of video surveillance, the legitimacy will be in accordance with Article 6.1.e of the GDPR: Meeting an objective of public interest.
