3.1 USE OF COOKIES

This website may use technical cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) in order to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct functioning and visualisation of the site. The cookies used are, in any case, of a temporary nature, and their sole purpose is to make browsing more efficient; they disappear when the user closes the session. Under no circumstances do these cookies themselves provide personal data nor will they be used to collect such data.

The use of cookies also makes it possible for the server in which the website is located to recognise the browser that the user is using in order to make navigation easier for him or her. For example, it allows users who have previously registered to access areas, services, promotions or competitions reserved exclusively for them without their having to register each time they visit.

They can also be used to measure the audience and traffic parameters, control the progress and number of accesses, etc. In these cases, although the cookies are technically dispensable, they are beneficial to the user. This website will not install dispensable cookies without the user’s prior consent.

The user can configure their browser so that they are alerted to the receipt of cookies and to prevent their being installed on their computer. Please refer to your browser instructions for more information.

3.2 POLICY REGARDING LINKS

You may be redirected from the website to content on third party websites. Given that the RESPONSIBLE PARTY cannot always control the contents that third parties introduce in their respective websites, it does not assume any type of responsibility with respect to said contents. In any case, it will immediately remove any content that could contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, and will immediately remove the redirection to said website, informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY is not responsible for the information and contents stored in, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the website of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. However, and in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, it makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces, and it actively collaborates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any and all content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. Were the user to consider that the website harbours any content that could be classified in this way, please notify the administrator of the website, AEQUOR MARINE, S.L., immediately.

This website has been checked and tested to ensure that it works properly. In principle, proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY does not rule out the possibility that certain programming errors may occur, or that events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances may make it impossible to access the website.

3.3 IP ADDRESSES

The website servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows the data to be processed thereafter in order to obtain purely statistical measurements that make it possible to ascertain the number of pages printed, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For ruling on any dispute or questions related to this website or the activities carried out therein, Spanish legislation shall apply, and the parties expressly submit themselves to such legislation.
